aes365 Terms and Conditions

aes365 is an online gaming and entertainment platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the aes365 website, mobile version and all services under it.

By registering on or using this platform, you are voluntarily accepting these Terms, and this will be considered a legally binding agreement between you and aes365. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

2.1 Age Eligibility

To open an account on aes365 and use any service, you must be at least 21 years of age. We may request valid identification for age verification at any time. Providing a false age will result in the account being immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, device or IP address. If the same person creates more than one account, it will be considered a "duplicate account" and all related accounts may be closed.

2.3 Registration Information

At the time of registration you must provide true, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account cancellation. Information required for registration includes:

• Full legal name
• Active email address
• Date of birth
• Mobile number (Bangladeshi)
• Details of preferred payment method

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

aes365 may request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing a withdrawal request. This may include a national identity card, passport, driving licence or any other photo identification recognised by the Government of Bangladesh.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You will be responsible for any activity carried out through your account.

• Use a strong password — a combination of letters, numbers and special characters.
• Never share your login details with any third party.
• If you log in from a public or shared device, make sure to log out at the end of the session.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify aes365 support immediately.

aes365 will never ask for your password. If anyone asks for your password, treat it as a fraudulent activity and notify our support immediately.

4.1 Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on aes365 is ৳300 (three hundred taka). We accept the following payment methods:

• Nagad
• Rocket
• Upay
• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank and others)

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits through third parties are not accepted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be made to verified payment methods.
• The withdrawal amount must be equal to or less than the deposit amount (after meeting the relevant wagering requirements).
• aes365 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold in the case of any suspicious activity.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed until KYC verification is complete.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 → Total balance ৳17,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means the total bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before a withdrawal can be made from the bonus. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered.

5.3 General Conditions for Bonus Use

• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period — please see the terms of the specific offer.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time.
• The deposited amount cannot be withdrawn using bonus funds — only winnings earned from the bonus are withdrawable.
• aes365 reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of taking advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.

All games available on aes365 (slots, live casino, sports betting) are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG).

6.1 Sports Betting

• Betting is available on cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), tennis and other sports.
• Bets placed before an event begins will be settled after the event ends.
• If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, aes365's decision regarding the status of that bet will be final.

6.2 Live Casino

The live casino features games from world-class providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Table rules apply for live dealer games, and in the event of any technical issue, settlement will be based on the last saved game data.

6.3 Slot Games

The following activities are strictly prohibited on aes365. Involvement in any of these activities will result in the account being immediately closed and funds may be forfeited:

• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

• Chargeback fraud — reclaiming money by making false claims to a bank or payment provider.
• System hacking, manipulation or using any software vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage.

• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Impersonating aes365 staff or providing a fraudulent identity.
• Using any automated software, bots or artificial intelligence to play games.

All content on the aes365 website — logos, trademarks, graphics, software, text, audio, video and overall design — is the exclusive property of aes365 or its licensors.

Without our express written permission, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or modify our content.
• Use aes365's trademarks or brand name for commercial purposes.
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of our platform.

aes365 places the highest importance on protecting your personal information. All transactions on our platform are secured through SSL encryption.

• Unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence or by a third party.
• Financial losses arising from betting outcomes — gaming is an entertainment activity and winnings are not guaranteed.
• Transactions being delayed due to delays or issues with third-party payment providers.

In the event of a technical error, aes365 will provide a resolution based on the last saved data and this decision will be considered final.

11.1 Closure by aes365

aes365 may immediately close or suspend any account for the following reasons, without prior notice:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete registration information.
• Participation in prohibited activities.
• Evidence of being an underage user.
• Direction from a law enforcement agency.

11.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw all eligible funds before the account is closed, except in cases of terms and conditions violations.
